Rutgers hoops officially adds transfer F out of San Jose State
Rutgers has officially added what should be a key piece to the roster for the 2021-22 basketball season.
The player is Ralph Agee, a 6-foot-8 junior forward out of San Jose State. Agee appeared in 51 games (31 starts) over two seasons with the Spartans before transferring to the Scarlet Knights.

As a sophomore, Agee finished second on the team with 11.1 points per game while also averaging 5.2 rebounds and shooting 57% from the floor. Along with Clifford Omoruyi, Agee should help fill the void in the post left by the departure of Myles Johnson.
The addition of Agee also comes less than a week after Geo Baker and Ron Harper Jr. made their decisions on the NBA Draft. Harper and Baker finished first and third on the Scarlet Knights in scoring last season, and their return to school solidifies a roster that made the second round of the NCAA Tournament this past season.
