Here's what Paul Chryst said following blowout of Michigan
Well, that game went according to plan for the Badgers!
Wisconsin entered Saturday’s highly anticipated game as slight favorites over Jim Harbaugh’s Michigan team. But in the showdown of top-15 teams, the Badgers rolled to a huge win.
Wisconsin rolled to an easy 35-14 win that saw Chryst and company take a 28-0 lead into halftime. A big reason, unsurprisingly, was the work of running back Jonathan Taylor. He finished with 203 rushing yards and two first-half touchdowns to cement the Badgers to an early lead.

When discussing Taylor, Chryst said it’s no surprise the Badgers are better with him on the field:
Classic Chryst.
"This isn't cutting edge…but we're a better offense with JT" #Badgers

An underrated but still vital part of the offense was quarterback Jack Coan. He went 13-for-16 passing with 128 yards but without a touchdown. He did add two touchdowns on the ground in the win, and Chryst said he loves how the young QB competes:
Chryst on another solid day from Jack Coan: “I think one of his best traits as a quarterback is his willingness to compete. And I thought he did that unbelievably well.” #Badgers

Chryst also commented on the early fourth-down calls. Simply put, Chryst said he felt they gave the team the best chance of winning:
Coach Chryst on the 4th down play calls:
“You do what you think is best for your team. You feel good with your team.”
Translation: We got the goods on offense. Don’t just win, send a message. #Badgers #OnWisconsin
