Wisconsin is dealing with some more injuries at another position following Thursday’s spring practice. It looks like the safeties are battling injuries now too.

Jeff Potrykus of the  Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported that Wisconsin is now down to just 4 safeties after safeties Trevian Blaylock and Preston Zachman have sustained injuries. Blaylock recently sustained a knee injury on Tuesday at practice, and missed out on practice at Thursday. Zachman was seen on crutches at practice.

Potrykus tweeted out the injury updates from his Twitter account.

With the injuries to Blaylock and Zachman, Wisconsin is now down to just 4 safeties. John Torchio, Hunter Wohler, walk-on Owen Arnett, and Northern Illinois transfer Bryce Carey. Cornerbacks Alexander Smith and Avyonne Jones also got some reps at safety due to the injuries.
