Sunday was a win for Wisconsin.
Just, a different kind of win than the one the team got on Saturday.

The win over Michigan on Saturday was an incredibly satisfying one if you’re a Badgers fan. How did it happen? Coaching certainly played a part. But, the players were the ones performing.
And how does a player get to a school in the first place?
Recruiting. And that’s the type of win that the Badgers got on Sunday. Riley Mahlman, a 6-foot-7, 270-pound offensive tackle prospect from Lakeville, Minn., announced his commitment:

Mahlman, according to 247Sports, is a 4-star prospect in the Class of 2021 and is the No. 1 player in the state of Minnesota regardless of position. He is the Badgers’ fifth commit for 2021 and their entire class can be seen here.
Wisconsin’s 2021 class ranks No. 6 nationally, No. 2 in the Big Ten with Mahlman’s commitment. He joins fellow 4-star OT recruit JP Benzschawel as the only 4-star prospects making up the Badgers’ class for now.
Mahlman holds scholarship offers from Ohio State, Iowa, Nebraska, Michigan State and others.
