OC Kalen DeBoer feeling 'really good' with Hoosiers' QBs while constantly pushing them in fall camp
The Indiana coaching staff continues to rave about the quarterbacks in camp, despite remaining mum on a decision to name a starter.
First, it was head coach Tom Allen. He discussed the battle on Monday following a weekend scrimmage, and he felt the scrimmage made sorting out a starter even harder. Allen said all three played well when called upon in the scrimmage.

Now, offensive coordinator Kalen DeBoer is praising the group following practice on Tuesday. DeBoer said he feels like the group is in a really good spot, and he continues to try and throw a lot of stuff at the quarterbacks:
“Really good, really good,” DeBoer said when asked how he felt about his quarterbacks. “I don’t have a decision yet (chuckles), but really good, and you see them all growing. I put them in so many spots that they had to process. Just pushing them, pushing them, pushing them cause I know I can only control things when the play’s called. But I’m pushing them to see how far and what they are capable of doing.”
As the group continues to flourish, fans will just have to wait to see who wins the job out of Peyton Ramsey, Michael Penix Jr., and Jack Tuttle. Be sure to check out all of DeBoer’s comments from Tuesday, courtesy of Peegs.com.
