While Michigan State entered as the No. 1 team, the Spartans have still had a good season to this point. And, there are many games to go.
On Sunday, against Michigan, Winston had the game of his career statistically. He scored a career-high 32 points to go along with nine assists against the Wolverines.
With that game behind him, it helped Winston achieve a milestone no other player in B1G history has:

Scoring 1,600 points in a career is respectable. Tallying 800 assists is an accomplishment in and of itself. But, to have both?
That just speaks to how good Winston is. Need scoring? Need a leader? Need a player to get into the offense? Need someone who can get others involved and make them feel good throughout a game?
You know who you want on your team. Tom Izzo’s got him.
