Huge gain by Rocky Lombardi to Jalen Nailor sets up second Michigan State TD
This does not look like the same Michigan State team that started the season in Week 1!
After the disappointing showing against Rutgers, Michigan State has fired out of the gate against archrival Michigan. The Spartans opened the scoring with a Rocky Lombardi touchdown throw, and it was another huge gain by Lombardi that set up the second score of the game.
This time, it was a 53-yard gain to Jalen Nailor that gave the Spartans a boost deep into Wolverine territory:

After rolling down inside the 10-yard line, Lombardi finished the drive with a short touchdown to Connor Heyward:

Michigan State now leads 14-7 in the second quarter. Can the Spartans keep it close moving forward?
