UTEP unveils awesome throwback uniforms for Saturday's game vs. New Mexico
Alternate uniforms are a huge deal in college football these days.
The latest trend, though, this season has been throwbacks or nods to the past.
That is no different with the latest unveiling coming from the UTEP Miners out of the C-USA.
They will be coming out in their Texas Western Jerseys Saturday night. Here is a sneak peek at the awesome uniforms.

The Miners this season are 2-1 to start the year with wins over New Mexico State and Bethune Cookman. Their lone loss is to Boise State.
The Lobos are 2-1 on the season as well. They have wins over Houston Baptist and New Mexico State. Their lone loss is against No.7 Texas A&M.
This game will round out the non-conference for both schools before diving into their respective conferences C-USA AND MWC.
UTEP opens conference play against Old Dominion on Saturday, Oct. 2.
New Mexico opens conference play against Air Force on Saturday, Oct. 2.
The Miners and the Lobos play at 9:00 ET on ESPN+.
