Tommy DeVito is emerging as a legend among New York Giants fans.

The former Illinois quarterback who was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Giants this offseason had had to step up as the Giants’ starting quarterback over the last couple of weeks. He got his first start on Nov. 12 against the Dallas Cowboys and has been the starter since. His best performance came against the Washington Commanders when he had 246 passing yards and 3 touchdowns.

Now, Giants fans can’t get enough of the New Jersey native.

On Tuesday night, DeVito made an appearance at Primo Hoagies in Wayne, New Jersey, and fans were lined up to get pictures and autographs with him. The line was wrapped around the building with Giants fans. DeVito signed everything from shoes to white tank tops, with some fans asking him to sign his name as “Tommy Cutlets.”

DeVito has become a fan favorite for Giants fans, and he’s looking to keep up his production up as the season goes on. After their bye week this week, the Giants will take on Green Bay on Dec. 11, looking to get their third win in a row.
