Wisconsin will be losing another skill position player to the NFL Draft.

Monday, wide receiver Quintez Cephus announced via Twitter that he is declaring for the 2020 NFL Draft. He dropped a video to make his announcement public, thanking Wisconsin and the fans for the support during his career in Madison. He had one year of eligibility remaining.

Cephus joins running back Jonathan Taylor, who also declared for the NFL Draft. Taylor was the top running back in the B1G and Cephus was the leading receiver for the Badgers this fall.

Cephus finished the season with 901 receiving yards and seven touchdown catches on 59 receptions. He was the leading pass-catcher for the Badgers this season and ranked eighth in the B1G. His biggest game of the year came in a 61-0 win over Central Michigan, catching six passes for 130 yards and two touchdowns.

In three seasons at Wisconsin, Cephus hauled in 93 catches for 1,496 yards and 13 touchdowns. He was a member of three Wisconsin teams that reached the B1G Championship Game.

With both Cephus and Taylor going to the NFL Draft, Wisconsin will be ushering in some new talent at the skill positions for the 2020 season.
